I provide legal services as an independent advocate for more than 20 years. In my practice the main focus has been on corporate law, M & A, project financing, implementation of PPP projects, real estate, tax law, energy law, and representation of clients in litigation and arbitration.
I have participated in number of unique projects and transactions with regard to their size and complexity. Some of the projects represented the first ever realisation of its kind in the Slovak Republic.
I have substantial experience in individual structuring of once unique projects including their financing, adjustment of complex legal and contractual matters among various stakeholders as well as third parties with respect to the best interest of our private clients.
